This
water based interior plaster offers a rough texture to your walls with
good hiding power for surface imperfections
Where to Use
- Previously painted or primed interior surfaces.
Preparation
- Proper surface preparation is essential for paint adhesion.
Surface should be clean, dry and in good condition before painting.
- Remove loose paint, wash off any dirt and grease with detergent,
eliminate mildew stains with GLITTY Mildew
Stain Remover.
- Scuff sand glossy surfaces.
- Countersink nail heads, repair imperfections and sand smooth.
- Remove all dust with a damp cloth, allow to dry.
- Allow new stucco, plaster and masonry to cure for 30 days before
priming.
Prime
- Use GLITTY Primer & Sealer
Application
- Use product when the surface and air temperatures are between
5°and 35°C
- Apply product using a straight-edged, flexible steel trowel then
give an effect with the sponge roller.
- DO NOT thin the product!
Dry Time
- Dries to touch in 4 hours at 25°C and 50% humidity. Longer dry time required in cooler temperatures and in
higher humidity.
- After two weeks, cured paint film may be cleaned and with a mild liquid detergent.
Clean Up
- Use soap and water.
- Properly dispose of all soiled rags and protect unused product
from freezing.
** WARNING! Removal of old paint by sanding, scraping or other means
may generate dust or fumes that may contain lead. Exposure to lead dust
or fumes may cause serious health injury, especially in children or
pregnant women. Controlling exposure to lead or other hazardous
substances requires the use of proper protective equipment such as a
properly fitted respirator and proper containment and cleanup.
